These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out. If you disagree with these terms and conditions then do not use our website.

It is a term and condition of a reader accessing and reading the Twisted Playtime website ("TwistedPlaytime"), which is the trading name for one of the electronic products created by Twisted Playtime, that Twisted Playtime provides the material published on Twisted Playtime on the basis that it disclaims all warranties in respect of the same whether express or implied. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.  

Descriptions, Prices and Ordering

Items on our web site are shown as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur due to technical limitations. We take great care to reproduce product descriptions and specifications accurately; however, occasionally errors may occur. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions. If there is anything which is unclear, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact Twisted Playtime on xxxx xxxx, our offices are open Monday - Friday from 8am to 8pm, alternatively you can send an email to sales@TwistedPlaytime.com.

All product prices are shown inclusive of VAT at 20%, delivery prices are shown separately.

Prices and products are correct at time of entering on TwistedPlaytime.com, however, we reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and Twisted Playtime for the sale by Twisted Playtime to you of any product unless and until Twisted Playtime sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.

If the price has changed prior to delivery then if within 7 days of accepting your order a pricing error is found in respect of any or all of the goods you have ordered, Twisted Playtime will notify you as soon as possible by email.  Twisted Playtime will detail the pricing error and offer you the following options:

{·        placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;

      cancelling the whole of your order; or

 ·       cancelling your order for the incorrectly priced goods and reconfirming your order for the correctly priced goods

If you do not notify Twisted Playtime within 7 days of your preferred option, Twisted Playtime reserves the right to:

 ·       if all of the goods you have ordered are found to be incorrectly priced the entire order will be cancelled automatically and we will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for those goods; or

·         If only some of the goods you have ordered are found to be incorrectly priced, we will deliver the correctly priced goods but we will not be obliged to supply you with the incorrectly priced goods. In these circumstances we will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for the incorrectly priced goods.

In the event that a pricing error is found by Twisted Playtime, then the above options shall only apply if your order delivery has not been completed.

Payment

Payment can be made using a credit or debit card.  Using your credit or debit card on-line with Twisted Playtime is safe, secure and protected.  We use a secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details and at no time does Twisted Playtime or our agents hold your details.

All products will be charged for at the time of placing an order, whether by phone, post or on-line.

Delivery

Delivery to your home will incur a charge as detailed when you order goods from Twisted Playtime. The delivery charge is based on weight and will be clearly shown before you pay for your goods.  Most items will be delivered to you as soon as cleared funds are received, however, you should allow 5 working days prior to contacting Twisted Playtime.  Larger items such as furniture may take longer; you will be advised of delivery times when payment is received.  Some items may be delivered to you direct from our suppliers. 

A signature may sometimes be required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person at the same address on your behalf if you need to sign for a product and you are not present at the time of delivery.  Ownership of a product will not pass to you until we have delivered the product to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour or where you have signed for it. This is when the contract between you and us will be deemed to have concluded. Once a product is delivered, responsibility for risk of damage to or loss of the product passes to you.

We also use third party delivery companies which may, at their discretion, leave a product in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company will put a card through your letter box explaining where the product has been left.

Cancelling an Order and Refunds for Damaged items

If the goods have not been dispatched Twisted Playtime will cancel the order and full payment will be refunded, including delivery charges. If the goods have been dispatched and we are unable to prevent the delivery you should refuse to sign for the goods and they will be returned to us and the cost of your order refunded as well as your delivery charge.  If the goods have been delivered to you please contact Twisted Playtime’s Customer Service team within 7 days, either by phone or email or in writing, who will arrange for the return of the goods. Delivery charges for returns will remain the responsibility of the customer and not Twisted Playtime.

Please note that your right to return an item does not apply to certain items unless these items are damaged, faulty or mis-described. Such items include:

·         Items which cannot be re-sold for health and hygiene reasons once opened, i.e. Lingerie, insertables.

·        Custom made items

You are required to take reasonable care of the items and to return an item in its original packaging with all of its components. We will offer a refund in accordance with our refund policy:

If you are entitled to a refund, on damaged, faulty or mis-described grounds Twisted Playtime will refund you as follows:
if you return all items of your order at the same time on damaged, faulty or mis-described grounds Twisted Playtime will refund the cost of your order and the delivery charge. Delivery charges will not be refunded if you return only part of the order (e.g. you have ordered two items but only return one). If items are parts of a set you must return all parts in order to qualify for a refund.

When returning items to us via the Post Office, please request proof of postage which is free.

Please inspect all items received from Twisted Playtime to inspect for damage or missing parts, courier companies require Twisted Playtime to tell them within 24 hours if an item is damaged in transit for them to accept liability.  If within 5 days of receiving goods you discover they are damaged from a courier delivery Twisted Playtime will use its discretion to resolve the issue.

If a damaged item is no longer in stock, Twisted Playtime reserves the right to offer a similar replacement or refund the money.

All refunds are credited via your original payment method.

Please note refunds can take 7-10 days to appear in your bank or credit card account.

Eligibility to purchase
By placing an order at Twisted Playtime you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items.  If we discover you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

 Data Protection

Twisted Playtime is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.

Any material found within the pages of Twisted Playtime, including text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial use. You hereby agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the material contained in this site. In addition, the material cannot be used for any other purpose other than for your own personal and non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

Twisted Playtime provides the Twisted Playtime 'as is' and does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials.

In addition, Twisted Playtime makes no (and disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express of implied, with respect to the Twisted Playtime website or the information or content included in this site.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the goods and their fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality.

Use of Twisted Playtime

 In connection with the use of the Twisted Playtime website, in no event will Twisted Playtime be liable for:

      Losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made

      Losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier

      Business losses and/or losses to non consumers

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party, such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.

 Twisted Playtime is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from Twisted Playtime.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Twisted Playtime reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
